If you are not satisfied with Trefoila for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1 — Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date
- You have not previously received a refund for an Trefoila subscription
- Your account is not suspended for violation of the Terms of Service
2 — How to Request
Email contact@carinaoptics.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number (found in your LemonSqueezy receipt email)
- A brief description of the issue — optional, but helps us improve
We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your request. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3 — Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You retain access to the software until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 30-day window and also want a refund for the current period, submit a refund request as described above.
4 — Processing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. LemonSqueezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes all transactions on our behalf — refunds flow through them automatically once approved. We do not charge any processing fee.
5 — Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund if there is clear evidence of abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles. In such cases we will contact you to explain the decision.
